Hi,
about compensation or offer, you are on a user to user forums, so there's not much we can do here, and this is something you should talk with Adobe support directly.
Could you tell us more about the project you are trying to edit and that causes the crash. Is it HD, 4k, something else... What are the codecs of your source material. Is Premiere crashing when you are doing something explicit, such as cutting, applying an effect, or just "randomly".
The more information you can give us, the better we can help.
Can you use Sling Adaptable to get the component properties so that.
1. Get the authored content from RTE property.
2. Parse the property with JSOUP API.
3. Replace IMG with picture.
4. Use service / util to get rendition s of src property of IMG
5. Create HTML structure for the Picture.
In this way you can have more flexibility on IMG and picture tag.
Thanks

You cannot pause your license. You have to really cancel it and then simply sign up again.
Mylenium
OK. Works perfect with one symbol each with a frame for each question. Makes a lot more sense actually.
I have a PDF with 3 attachments. I want to add bookmarks for the attachments. End result will be the PDF with the bookmarks panel open with bookmarks to the PDF and other documents (excel, mp4, etc.). I am using Adobe Acrobat Pro DC. Thank you.
Bobby, I think the golden egg would be to choose the canvas size. That way, if I was working on a small set of icons, I would only need a canvas size of a few hundred pixels that contains the miniature artboards that I need. If I'm working on a signwriting project for the side of a 40 ft shipping container, I could create a canvas accordingly.
This also means that if I'm working on a small project, I select a small canvas, and it will actually make my PC run faster because of the reduced processing.
The way I visualize a larger project working is that when you create a canvas over a certain size, you get a popup saying that the size of the canvas may reduce the stability of the program. It should then warn you to only continue if your laptop is above a certain specification. That way, users do it at their own risk, but any professional graphic designer should have a computer powerful enough to cope with the extra processing, if not then they can expect to have problems.
That way, you get the best of both worlds... get your cake and eat it with a cherry on top.
Hi Sophie,
I would like to know if the steps suggested by Ton worked for you, or the issue still persists.
Kindly update the discussion if you need further assistance with it.
Thanks,
Srishti
I have some fields that are read only that I want to remove from the tab order pallet but cannot find how to remove them from the order. Help..
Anyone having issues activating Mercalli v4 with Premiere Pro 12.1.1? I'm getting an error message that tells me to check the firewall settings of the program but I can't find any info on configuring Adobe permissions for third party plugins.
MacOS Sierra version 10.12.6
MacBook Pro 15-in (2016)
Processor: 2.6 Ghz Intel Core i7
Memory: 16 GB 2133 MHz LPDDR3
Graphics: Radeon Pro 450 2048 MB
Intel HD Graphics 530 1536 MB
It says the license has been activated and the connection was made
But this is the message I get when I enter the activation code.
This message is coming up for both the Stabilizer and the CMOS fixer when applying the respective activation codes. I have also contacted Mercalli directly about this problem but any further help would be appreciated.
There are posts about this issue dating back years - the only replies from Adobe are either asking the poster to file a bug report (these have been filed) or, less helpfully, explaining to the poster what an ANR is (nice) and just telling them it's probably their fault.
Has anyone at Adobe ever investigated this issue in earnest, in order to definitively rule out the possibility that it could be at least in part an issue with AIR and not the fault of the developer? It's happening to many users and being discussed several places, and it's become a critical issue now that Google is aggressively punishing apps' discoverability as a result.

I'm finding it a bit of a stretch to believe that all of these developers are simply piling too much inefficient code in their touch-event handlers, but I'd be happy to be proven wrong. Any thoughts?
Mine does that exact same thing too in both Windows 7 and 10. It's very likely a bug in the software.
Most of the time, after doing the first double Ctrl + F, it will continue to work correctly until I close DW. It's one of the many oddities in the latest version that keeps me in CC2015 for production work.
Sorry, the screenshots are so tiny and blurry, cannot see anything.
Thanks for the assist, really appreciate it. I just posted another question. I am working in the Tab Order pallet and there are fields that I do not want to set as tab stops, however, I can't figure out how to remove them from the tab order.... Any ideas?
This are radio boxes with the value 0 or 1.
