Actually you can't. The developers of Audition do read these forums, and occasionally even answer queries. However they do seem to read the new Bug/Feature Request site and reply more often. So try posting there to reboot this request.

However I, and I assume a large majority of other users, don't find this to be a problem with my workflows in over many years of using Audition. So, although it would be a useful update, most people don't seem to find it inhibiting as it is.

Re: I have Creative Cloud Student and Teacher edition (one-year, prepaid)‎. When I try to create PDF files with Acrobat Pro DC I receive the following error message: "You need a valid Acrobat DC subscription to convert PDF using Acrobat Create PDF service

I hope your issue is fixed by now. If in case you are still experiencing this issue, please try signout from Acrobat, and sign back in with your Adobe ID and password.

PDF links don't work on iPhone iOS 10

I created links in an existing PDF using Adobe Acrobat Pro 8. I attached the PDF to an email. I opened the email in Gmail on my iPhone 5s. I tapped on the PDF to preview it. When I tap a link, I get a screen that offers 3 options: Open, Copy and Add to Reading List.

None of these work.

The links work perfectly on a laptop, whether in Gmail preview or when opened with the current Adobe Reader DC.

I subscribe to Creative Cloud, so have access to those Adobe products.

My original document is created in Word 2003, and I save it as a .prn file, and open that in Adobe Acrobat 8 and create the links there.

Thanks in advance for any ideas.

You need to change the rotation order.

 

For example, if you wanted to have a rotating globe at an axis tilt of 23.5º, you would set the order to ZYX, rotate the globe with the Y axis and set the Z axis to a constant 23.5.

Tooltip Very Much Needed, Please.

Hello

 

Can someone help me set up a tooltip like the one in the link below for a PDF document, please.

 

This is the tooltip style I would like to have https://www.jqueryscript.net/tooltip/Minimalist-Animated-Hover-Tooltip-Plugin-with-jQuery- Viewitle.html Try the demo, please.

 

This tooltip will be used in many instances of my PDF doc, which is being created in InDesign.

 

I have no familiarity with JavaScript, hence if someone find a solution, please educate me on the step-by-step to set it up and use it.

I'm not gonna go too much in depth about it and I'm not a lawyer

 

yes, an IP address is considered as personal information (or personal data)

 

and GDPR is clear: no personal data without consent


but when your AIR app initialise a connection to Adobe server

you as a software provider you do not either collect or process the data

if any data was sent during this network call

 

Adobe on the other end is to be considered as a data collector (controller)

they are the one who stores the IP address on their server logs

 

and technically they may not store the full IP address
for example (like with google analytics) you can anonymize an IP address

by removing the last 2 bytes

 

eg. 192.168.1.1 (full)
vs   192.168.0.0 (last 2 bytes removed and so anonymized)

 

For other things Adobe is also to be considered a data processor
and they cover it with great extend on their privacy pages

but more importantly, you have the right to store the IP address on a server log

I accidentally stumbled upon my solution: Uncheck the box: "Illustrator/PDF/EPS Sequence". Apparently I clicked on it without realizing.

In order to give some advice on improving the recording at source we need to know a bit more about how you did it this time. What mic did you use and where was it placed?

 

Having had a quick listen I felt that a bit of an improvement could be made by using the parametric EQ to put in dips at about 115Hz and 440Hz with a Q of 2 and level of -9dB. To my ears this made it sound a bit less 'cardboardy'.

aem 6.4 page properties: select options broken when last field

Hi there,

I am having a hard time with a page properties select box.

Ever had the problem, that your options become cut, when the select is the last field or the only field within a tab? (see image)

We are extending the wcm-core page v2, which is extending the basic page of aem.

I noticed no major differences between our tabs and those of the basic page.

To solve that problem partially, someone could add own css to their project. However it is hard to overwrite the createpagewizard css.

Also, it would be like cracking nuts with a sledgehammer

 

Is it coral ui 3 specific?

Any suggestions?

How to disable snap to transitions?

Hi, I googled for hours but couldn't find the solution. My problem is: I use default transitions a lot in my projects, and I use Snap feature to align clips, and each time I try to align one layer to another, it snaps to other layer's transition, not to it's border.

This creates a lot of gaps and misplaced clips, not to mention a lot of frustration. I wonder if anyone needs snap to transition's border more than to clip's border, but Premiere constantly do this, and I have to manually check every junction in my project. The transitions are small and easy to miss, sometimes they're not even visible without zoom, so I don't even know where did it snap to. When you have 1000 clips in a project, this becomes a pain.

Core WCM Components Not Supported for Templates in AEM 6.3

We are trying to build our custom components extending the core wcm v 2.0.6 components. Templates are all static . We are not using Editable Templates.

 

For ex:

Our custom Title Component extends the /apps/core/wcm/components/title/v2/title (sling:resourceSuperType)

 

We are facing the following issue while trying to open the Title Dialog.

 

Error

java.lang.NullPointerException

at com.day.cq.wcm.core.impl.policies.ContentPolicyManagerImpl.hasStructureTemplate(ContentPo licyManagerImpl.java:218)

 

 

Is Static Templates not supported for Core WCM Components? Do we always have to use Editable Template to use the Core WCM Components ?

 

To build components for static templates which foundation components should we extend in AEM 6.3 if core wcm components cant be used anymore ?

 

Please clarify.
