Spelling error for PDF Conversion to Other File Format

Dear Sir,

We encountered the following problems while converting a scanned PDF documents to Microsoft Word format using our Adobe Acrobat XI Standard version 11.0.7 :-

1. 1.      Spelling Error: For instance, the word “financial” will be showed as “fimancial” in Microsoft Word after the conversion.
2. 2.      Alignment: Alignment will run after the conversion.

For the efficiency of work, we would appreciate if you could advise us on how do we solve these problems.
