Re: I have photoshop and lightroom subscription, but some of the features are 'greyed' out.. how do I get them to work again??

I am using windows 7 and my friend has the same problem and she is using a mac..

Filter gallery is greyed out and digimarc also..

plus when I use smart object/filters then the quick keystrokes dont work either.. plus a few other little issues.
