I had to start using another method to upload my site in 2013 due to ftps changes in Dreamweaver. I now use Filezilla… successfully with one of my websites, but unsuccessfully with the other. I cannot connect to the site for my other website. I do not know how to connect to the site. I had phone help for this transfer at the time, and thought it was all good. Now there is NO phone assist and I am not a IT person, so am at a loss. What steps do I do to make my site connect? I went through Dreamweaver to check my password, and made sure they match, but that is the part that seems to be preventing the connection. I don't know how to do this.
