I have a GTX760 VCard, core i7 processor, 16GB RAM... how else can I optimize my system for 4k RED editing in PPro CS6?

I just bought a GeForce GTX760 card, and the aforementioned specs...

I want to be able to edit/playback 4k RED files, what else do I need to optimize my system for this? What other considerations do I need to make?
