Unfortunately, PSE12 last camera raw version is 8.5. I tried updating PE12 and got the message that it was up to date. From what I can see camera raw version 8.6 is only available for Photoshop CS6 and Lightroom version 5.6. I suspect that 8.6 will only be available with the next version of PSE(probably 13)
