We can probably help with the download, but what exactly are you trying to download, what operating system, and what are the exact wording of the error messages. I suspect you may have VISTA and it is one of the systems that AA XI does not run on. That has been reported by several folks, is not one of the spec'd systems, and no one has reported any success with that combination to my knowledge.
