「個人の登録データ」とは、Creative Cloudのファイル共有サービスにアップロードされたデータのことでしょうか？ それであれば、回答は以下の通りです。
メンバーシップを解約またはダウングレードした場合、クラウドのファイルはどうなりますか？
Creative Cloud のファイルは、Creative Cloud のサーバーとユーザーのデスクトップに格納されます。有料メンバーシップを解約またはダウングレードしても、ユーザーのコンピューター上の Creative Cloud フォルダーにあるすべてのファイルにアクセスできます。また、Creative Cloud の Web サイトからもアクセスできます。
アカウントが無償メンバーシップにダウングレードされると、ストレージの容量が 2 GB になります。ストレージを 2 GB 以上使用している場合、使用中のオンライン容量がアカウントに割り当てられている容量を下回るまで、クラウドに新しいファイルをアップロードできません。
ストレージの上限を超えるファイルがオンラインにアップロードされたまま 90 日以上経過すると、Creative Cloud サーバーに保存されているファイルの一部または全部にアクセスできなくなる可能性があります。
