I purchased CS5 and subsequently acquired a trial version of CS6 that I didn't purchase. Now that the trial is over I am unable to use CS5.

I imagine that there's an easy answer and expected to be able to contact Adobe for help.  No such luck.  The website just runs me around in circles with this forum being the closest I can come to contact Adobe.
